Refund Policy

We offer a 30 day refund policy on your first order, so you can try Gummi with confidence. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund. This policy applies only to your first purchase.

The order you are requesting a refund for must be the first order you have placed with Gummi.

To request a refund, contact us at support@gogummi.com.

If your refund request is accepted, we will process the refund back to your original payment method. You do not need to send the product back to us.

Eligible first order refunds will be issued for the full value of your Gummi order.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and non-returnable items Certain items cannot be returned, including opened bottles, for hygiene and product safety reasons. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return. If you have any questions about your specific order, contact us at support@gogummi.com.

Exchanges We offer free exchanges with no handling fee. Price differences apply if you exchange for a higher value product.

European Union 14 day cooling off period If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition you received them, unused, sealed, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Please note that for hygiene and product safety reasons, opened bottles of Gummi cannot be returned, in line with EU consumer rights rules for sealed health and food products.

Refunds Once we have received and reviewed your return request, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at support@gogummi.com.

Cancellations We do not cancel orders once they have been placed. Subscriptions cannot be canceled by our team on your behalf. You can manage your subscription at any time through your account, where you can pause, skip, or cancel in a few clicks.
