Shipping Policy

Free worldwide shipping on every order.

We ship Gummi worldwide from our fulfillment partner, with no extra shipping costs at checkout, no matter where you are.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Saturday). Orders placed before 3pm CET are most likely picked up in the next shipping round.

Delivery time

Average shipping time is 5 to 10 business days from dispatch, depending on your destination.

Because Gummi is a worldwide brand, our stock is held in international fulfillment centers so we can serve customers across Europe, North America, and beyond. This means delivery may take a little longer than a domestic order, but it lets us keep shipping free everywhere and serve customers anywhere in the world.

Delivery times are indicative and based on normal conditions. During holidays, peak periods, or exceptional circumstances, delivery may take slightly longer.

Tracking

Every order ships with track and trace, so you can follow your package from dispatch to your door. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Address check

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to update the address or reroute the package.

Damaged or lost packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at support@gogummi.com. We'll review the issue and, where shipping is covered, send a replacement at no extra cost.

Unaccepted or returned packages

If a package is refused or returned to us because it wasn't accepted, we'll process a refund once the package has reached our warehouse. The original outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

Returns and refunds

We offer a 30-day refund policy on your first order. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund. This policy applies to your first Gummi purchase only.

For hygiene and product safety reasons, opened bottles of Gummi cannot be returned or refunded.

If your refund is approved, we'll process it back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges with no handling fee. If you exchange for a higher-value product, the price difference will apply.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed. Subscriptions can be paused, skipped, or canceled at any time through your account.
